PARTICIPANTS

• Peruvian or foreign companies registered as exhibitors at Expoalimentaria 2024.
• They must belong to the food and beverage sector, according to the established category.
• Complete the online registration form in full.

REQUIREMENTS

• Have an innovative product in the final stage of development or in the market for less than two years.
• Submit a formal acceptance statement of the rules and decisions of the technical team and jury.
• Complete and submit the registration form, application questionnaire, and attachments that validate the innovation of the product.
• Provide the total quantity of product samples requested for evaluation, within the established deadline and location.

• Confectionery and Snacks.
• Dairy Products and Derivatives.
• Coffee, Cocoa, and Byproducts.
• Gourmet and Delicatessen Products.

AWARDS

• The prize for the winner of the Best Innovative Product includes:
• A basic stand of 12m2 (4*3), equipped with a table, chairs, frieze, and electricity point to showcase your product at Expoalimentaria.
• An exclusive trophy recognizing your excellence in innovation.
• An official certificate validating your achievement as the Best Innovative Product.
• A special emblem highlighting your product as a leader in innovation in the food industry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each company can present up to three products in one or more categories.
• The product must not have been a finalist or winner in previous editions unless it demonstrates a substantial and innovative change.
• Products must have health registration and have undergone a transformation process, among other requirements.
