Expoalimentaria presents its Hosted Buyer program, exclusively aimed at international visitors. The aim of this program is to ensure the presence of high-level entrepreneurs and professionals with purchasing power in the sectors represented at the Fair.

The Hosted Buyer program has been designed with the purpose of guaranteeing the participation of international buyers at Expoalimentaria. As part of this exclusive program, participants will enjoy a series of carefully selected benefits to ensure their presence at this world-renowned event. From full or partial coverage of accommodation and air transport expenses to preferential access to the VIP lounge and the possibility of scheduling business meetings with leading Peruvian food exporters. THIS PROGRAM IS AIMED AT:

High-caliber professionals from international companies, with authority in purchasing decision-making and a significant volume of purchases and/or sales.

  • Importers/Supermarkets/Traders/Distributors.
  • Buyers/Purchasing Managers.
  • Individuals interested in purchasing exhibited food products (agricultural sector) at the Fair.

  • Full or partial coverage of travel and accommodation expenses (*).
  • Transfer service from the airport to the hotel upon arrival in Lima (**).
  • Exclusive transportation from the hotel to the Fair and back (**).

  • Free admission to the Fair.
  • Exclusive access to the VIP lounge for buyers.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  1. Online registration through the official website.
  2. Receipt and review of registrations.
  3. Evaluation and selection by the designated committee.
  4. Communication of results.
  5. Delivery of benefits.
  6. Visit to Expoalimentaria.

RESPONSIBILITIES UPON ACCEPTANCE

If your application is approved, you are expected to fulfill the following program obligations:

  • Attend the Fair for at least two days and present yourself to the Organization at the Buyers' VIP lounge to confirm your presence.
  • Participate in a minimum of 10 meetings with food exhibitors.
  • Assign a purchasing assistant to follow your agenda.
  • Attend the inaugural cocktail of Expoalimentaria.
  • Complete all surveys requested during the Fair.

CONSIDERATIONS AND RELEVANT DETAILS

  • It is recommended to carefully read the terms and conditions of the program before proceeding.
  • Completing the entire online registration process is essential for the application to be considered valid. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  • The Selection Committee will thoroughly evaluate the information provided in the registration to determine eligibility for the program.
  • Exhibiting companies at the Fair will not be considered as buyers for this program.
  • Applying does not guarantee benefits and is subject to availability. The Organization reserves the right to reject any application.
  • Once the benefit is accepted, confirmation of attendance is expected within 48 hours.
  • Participants will be responsible for covering any additional expenses not mentioned in the program.
  • Application results will be communicated starting from April 2024.
