What is the Innovation Contest?

The Expoalimentaria Innovation Contest is a platform that recognizes and rewards the most innovative ideas, products, and solutions in the food and beverage sector, driving the growth of companies that embrace creativity, sustainability, and global trends.

Its goal is to promote the transformation of the industry by highlighting value-added products, disruptive solutions, and proposals aligned with today’s consumers.

Who Can Participate?

This contest is exclusively open to exhibitors of Expoalimentaria 2025 in the food and beverage sector.

Participation Requirements

  • The product must be ready for human consumption and have been in the market for up to 2 years.
  • The product must be intended for the retail and/or HORECA channel.
  • Must have a valid sanitary registration and final packaging.
  • Complete the online registration form and attach the required documentation.
  • Submit physical product samples within the specified time and location.

  • Coffee, cocoa, and by-products
  • Beverages and spirits
  • Gourmet and delicatessen products
  • Functional and nutritional products
  • Confectionery and snacks
