• Professional with purchasing authority
• Interested in Peruvian offerings

• One (1) round-trip airfare ticket in economy class.
• Three (3) days and two (2) nights of accommodation included.

• Transportation service from the airport to the hotel on the arrival day in Lima.
• Transportation service between the hotel and the Fair, round trip.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• The leader submits the list of attending companies, registered on the website, before 06/21/2024.
• The list of companies submitted by the mission leader is validated.
• Travel itinerary forms of the companies are received until 07/26/24.
• Travel itineraries are verified, and corresponding benefits are provided.
• Attending companies visit Expoalimentaria.

RESPONSIBILITIES UPON ACCEPTANCE

• If your application is approved, you are expected to fulfill the following program obligations:
• It is essential to submit the requested documents within the established deadline; otherwise, the opportunity to access benefits will be lost.
• A final report on the mission under your responsibility must be submitted to the Organization.

CONSIDERATIONS AND RELEVANT DETAILS

• The mission leader is directly responsible for the proposed companies.
• Benefits will be granted exclusively to the mission leader and are unique and non-transferable.
• Participating companies in a mission are responsible for covering their own personal expenses, including the cost of airfare and accommodation.
