Protocols

At EXPOALIMENTARIA we care about safeguarding the health of all our participants

That is why we rely on 04 principles to safeguard the health of each of you at our fairgrounds:

01 All our participants must present their COVID vaccination certificate with the complete doses and DNI or ID

02 Mandatory mask use

03 Constant hand hygiene

04 Social Distance (Do not encourage crowding or physical contact).

Inside the fairgrounds you will find sinks, disinfectants and our common areas such as rest area, VIP room and auditorium will have an appropriate distribution of furniture.

Sanitary requirements – Exhibitor

  • It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to inform their supplier in charge of the construction of their stand, about the entry requirements for assembly and disassembly set forth in the Participant Regulations.
  • The stand must have an alcohol or disinfectant dispenser always visible.
  • Keep the distance between the members of the stand 1.5 meters.
  • Use of double mask is mandatory during the 03 days of the event, including the days of assembly or disassembly.
  • To enter the fair it is important to have and show full dose vaccination certificate.
  • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to avoid agglomerations at their stand. If this is not respected, the ORGANIZER will be forced to interrupt and remove their visitors.

Sanitary requirements – Assembly and disassembly

  • All personnel entering the fairgrounds must go through the security control, presenting their DNI, Vaccination Card (full dose) and DOUBLE MASK.
  • Keep the distance between the group of assemblers in moments of rest.
  • Use of DOUBLE MASK is mandatory during assembly and disassembly days. If this regulation is not respected, the ORGANIZER will be forced to remove the person in charge without the right to re-entry.

Sanitary requirements – National and international visitor

  • Keep the distance of 1.5 meters.
  • Use of double mask is mandatory during the 03 days of the event
  • To enter the fair it is important to have and show full dose vaccination certificate.
  • It is the responsibility of the international visitor to review the sanitary requirements to enter Peruvian territory, for more information visit here (link )
  • It is the visitor’s responsibility not to encourage and avoid crowding.

These requirements will be subject to change and/or update in accordance with the health regulations presented by the Peruvian Government.
