Innovation Contest

Since 2010, Expoalimentaria is committed to business ingenuity and creativity through the Innovation Contest.

 

This contest is an opportunity to recognize and reward the efforts of companies in the conception, development and market launch of new innovative products.

 

In this last edition we had 11 finalist companies in 6 categories with more than 14 innovative products in participation. Additionally, companies were rewarded in the trends of Practicality, Healthy Living and Pleasure.

 

The Qualifying Jury of the ninth edition of the Contest was made up of recognized professionals from different fields of the food industry:
